2023 Genesis G80 Review

Whether it’s the sporty nature of the 2023 G80 2.5T or the racy attitude of the G80 3.5T, Genesis fulfills luxury car shopper’s expectations. Then there’s the new all electric edition with its V12-like torque rate.

The turbo four churns out 300 horsepower. That jumps to 375 horsepower with the twin turbo V6. Standard torque is 311 pound-feet while the twin turbo Sport trim boosts that to 391 pound-feet.

With the four-cylinder turbo, rear-wheel drive adds to the racy feel. Twin turbos come with all wheel drive and an adaptive suspension. The top trim adds rear wheel steering, a feature that you won’t find on the Audi A6 or Mercedes Benz e Class.
