Memorial Day Murph with Fortified Fitness

The Memorial Day Murph Workout is a workout-of-the-day in honor of Medal of Honor Recipient and Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy who made the ultimate sacrifice during Operation Red Wings in 2005. This workout promises to test the best of you with a 1-mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats and a 1-mile run for time with a 20-pound vest on. Proceeds from this Memorial Day event will benefit the Semper Fi Fund.
2021 Remember the Fallen 21K Run/Walk

Runners can sign up for the 5 For a Hero Challenge this Memorial Day and run, walk, hike, bike, swim, row or paddle five miles in honor of the 48 fallen Marine Raiders. Raising funds for this event will earn participants a Marine Raider Under Armour t-shirt, Oakley sunglasses or a Marine Raider Foundation race kit.
